Agroecological productions are conscious of the timing and the biological cycles of nature. Agroecology cannot be conducted at any time, nor continuously. This creates a problem of financial liquidity for agroecological ventures since the flow of sales and income is not continuous.
On the other hand, an agroecological product is both the good itself (the healthy, tasty food, the real product, etc.) and its value (impact by regenerating communities and natural environments). In other words, the product merges both the individual consumable good and the common good created by its production. This has always led to the assumption that the consumer should also pay for the common good produced, restricting the market to the monetization of the impact asset.
A tool is required not only to provide access to liquidity in a fast, free, easy way, but also to split the good into the impact asset and the physical product in order to access to more global, liquid markets.
